We will be creating manifestation wands in nature with Andrea incorporating our energy with other materials like fibers, minerals, and more! We will learn some powerful and healing breath work exercises by Miguel along with some shamanic sounds. Once our wands are ready to use, we will follow up our event with some meditation…
